I know I have not logged on in about a little over a year, but after the YC requested a post, and then the same night I was in a conversation that sparked something that if I COULD I would share with world, I feel like I have to do at least one more. Tonight I met up with a person that I have spent a lot of time with in the past three years of my life, we decided to meet up to catch up on some things. After having a long conversation all night, she looks into my eyes and ask me a sincere question. RUBEN, why do so many people hate you? First thing that came up in my mind was HATE is a strong word, but I did not say anything about that. But the first thing that came out of my mouth was,"Honestly, I can careless what anyone thinks of me. Because 10 years from now, I will be in a higher position in life over more than 75 percent of the people that "Hate" me. (Sure that something ignorant to say but thats just what I feel.) I then went on to say," And when those 10 years from now come....all these people that you party with....go to the movies with... and just socialize with, that at the moment you call them your so called "friends" wont be part of your life. This is why I am so appeased with having my family(of coarse) and my two best friends Michael "The YC" Chavez and Byron "B-Mac" Macias that I know will be part of my life forever." All of your so called friends are all part of this chapter of your life. The friends that make it to the end of your book(life) are who really matter. So if I were to die tomorrow, out of all stuff I have said in life please take this,"Life is a book, depending on the person, the settings and characters may vary. Try to have many chapters, many pages...and try your best to have those characters like THE YC and B-MAC... at the end, Other than your family, They are all that you need"
